President Trafton opened with a welcome to June.
Ric Flood announced that we will be at the Essex Rotary golf tournament next Saturday. Good luck team!
Kris Engstrom announced that Farm to Ballet has made a request for funds to support their agriculture-themed ballet performances this summer. She upped the ante by offering to match any club contribution up to $500. The club voted to donate $500.
John Dupee presented new Rotary banners from Bangladesh and the Netherlands.
Sam Feitelberg announced that the Memorial Day service was a great success.
Our Rotary Club will be cleaning the Town of Shelburne's fountain and pond next Wednesday (6/8) after our morning meeting.
Our speaker this week was John DeDakis who spoke about the current state of journalism.
